• ARM's - Your rate will adjust up or down at regular intervals by no more than a pre-determined amount.
  
  
• Low and No Cost Equity Lines - 1st or 2nd lien, have instant access to cash.
  
  
• Fixed 2nds - If you are more comfortable with a fixed rate.
